Another option is a dumbbell weight set which can be used to mimick a number of the exercises that a big heavy multi station home gym could do but at a 1/10 of the price. One of my favourite brands is the Powerblock. Made in America the Powerblock is compact, saves you time compared to a normal dumbbell rack, is extremely cost effective and has had rave reviews from some of the countries leading sports professionals. Although probably a better option for the intermediate to advanced fitness ethusiast dumbbells are a great sollution to your home gym problems.
