The pro-form 765i interactive treadmill looks like the elite of the elite of treadmills. The running track is sixty inches long and thirty inches wide.

There are a wide variety of features on the pro-form 765i interactive trainer treadmill. It has five workout c.d.s along with an interactive player. One touch can instantly change the incline as well as the speed. The c.d.s have a trainer and music that will enhance your workout. The pro form also includes a five star burn and tone kit.

The burn and tone kit is an eight week diet and exercise regimen. The regimen includes strength conditioning exercises, meal plans and recipes. Another feature of the proform is the air chamber cushioning system to help protect the joints during the workout.

The pro-form also features a display that shows the total calories burned, the fat calories burned, a countdown for the workout time left, your speed and your pulse in rotation. It has a water bottle holder. It also houses a fan for cooling during the workout. It is not a problem to make sure that your heart rate on target with the EKG heart rate monitor pulse sensors and the two pulse regulator workouts.

The above features of the pro-form 765i interactive trainer treadmill are all wonderful. I do not think that they left anything off of these treadmills. But are all of these fancy features necessary? Sure, they make working out a little more comfortable, but are they needed to be able to workout?

If you like all of the features and you have enough money then by all means make your purchase. However, if money is an issue, you can find treadmills that offer only the basics for less money than the pro form will cost.
